This past Sunday Mike and I took the “prettiest Sunday afternoon drive in the world” and went to visit Niagara-on-the-Lake. The drive along the Niagara Parkway from Niagara Falls was unique and spectacular as the trees, now bare of leaves, afforded us a view of the Niagara River and surrounding countryside that you just don’t see in summer. And the town had many visitors even at 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon. All the shops were beautifully decorated for Christmas and the sales were awesome! The mood and the atmosphere were enchanting!  What a great place to visit this time of year. Don’t let the thought of cold weather keep you at home! Bundle up in some warm clothes and with a hat and mittens you too can enjoy Niagara-on-the-Lake. And what a beautiful setting for a winter wedding with so much for you and your guests to do in the Niagara Region.
